DISHFORMYRV.COM Return Policy
Return Policy - 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. The only exception is Winegard products. See Winegard warranty information for more details. Restocking fee will not be waived under any circumstance.
DISH Network Set-top Returns:
- 30 day return policy applies to unopened and unactivated set-top boxes. Refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase in the amount of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Activated set-top boxes can only be returned for exchange if defective.
- DISH Network set-tops carry a 1 year (365 day) warranty beginning from the date of initial activation. Warranty only covers manufacture defects. Defects arising from misuse by cusotmer will not be warranted.
- DISH Network Set-tops under warranty will be exchanged for the same type as the defective equipment (like for like).
- Returns must be requested through DISHFORMYRV.COM. Once an RA has been requested, we ill process your request and email you the RA number and return instructions.
- Customer must obtain a RA number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
- Remote controls must be returned with the defective set-top. Should a set-top be retured without a remote, a fee of $59.00 will be assessed and charged to your credit card.
- DISH Network set-tops will be tested in our facility. If no defect is found, a fee of $40 will be assessed and charged to your credit card and the set-top returned to you.
- Replacement will be sent only when the defective product has been received and tested.
- Advanced Exchanges are available upon request. In this process a new set-top is ordered and charged to you through DISHFORMYRV.COM. A refuend will be processed back to you after the set-top has been tested.
- Shipping Requirements
- Set-tops must be packaged in original package or in a way that will ensure that it is not damaged in transit back to DISHFORMYRV.COM.
- A return authorization number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. DO NOT write the RA number on the set-top itself.
- Set-top must be sent via a traceable, weighted ship method.
Antenna's:
Winegard satellite and off-air antenna's are warranted through Winegard. Contact Winegard Technical Services at 1-800-788-4417 for any Winegard Product related issues. Please do not contact DISHFORMYRV.COM.
Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
- Any Winegard item in it's original condition. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
- Winegard product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.
Winegard returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

Packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced

Missing or damaged acessories, warranty cards, manuals, ect

Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damaged, ect)

Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason

No returns will be accepted without a return authorizatoin number.
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable and no returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
Winegard Defective Items
Winegard Company will send a pre-paid Return Services label with all sold merchandise. This pre-paid label will be used if an RMA is received from Winegard Company to send the merchandise back to Winegard Company.
Advance Replacement: If Winegard Technical Service Department determines that an Advanced replacement is warranted, the replacement item will be shipped the following business day when possible and RMA will be issued for defective item. Customer will have 30-days for the defective item to be returned to Winegard Company, or will be charged full retail price for the Advanced Replacement received. Advanced Replacements will be at the discretion of Winegard Technical Service, and not all products qualify for Advanced Replacements.
Winegard Products with Product Rebates:
Before submitting any product Mail-In Rebates, please be sure you are satisfied with your product and is in perfect working condition. Once a Mail-In Rebate has been redeemed, item cannot be returned.
Winegard Warranty:
All parts are covered by Winegard's Manufacturer Warranty. Winegard's Manufacturer Warranty is included with your product. Please review the warranty carefully for additional information.
Winegard is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as a result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
Please be aware that:
- Winegard does not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday
- Damanged items cannot be returned
- No refunds will be given for any reason after twenty one (21) days from receipt fo your order
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorizatoin (RMA#) number
