DISH Network Set-top Return policy:
Within 30 days you may return your DISH Network Mobile Set-top box to DISHFORMYRV.COM only if it is unopened and unactivated. A refund will be applied to the card used to purchase in the amount of the merchandise less a 15% restocking fee. Activated set-top boxes can only be returned for replacement if defective.
Warranty
- DISH Network receivers carry a 1 year (365 day) warranty beginning from date of initial activation. Warranty only covers manufacture defects only. Defects arising from misuse by customer will not be warranted.
- DISH Network Receivers under warranty will be exchanged for the same type as the defective equipment (like for like).

Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return:
Any item in its original condition. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special-order products are not returnable.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
Packaging is missing, incomplete, damaged or defaced
Missing or damaged: accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc
Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damage, etc.)
Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason
No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable and no returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number.
Defective Items
Winegard Company will send a pre-paid Return Services label with all sold merchandise. This pre-paid label will be used if an RMA is received from Winegard Company to send the merchandise back to Winegard Company.
Advance Replacement: If Winegard Technical Service Department determines that an Advance Replacement is warranted, the replacement item will be shipped the following business day when possible and RMA will be issued for defective item. Customer will have 30-days for the defective item to be returned to Winegard Company, or will be charged full retail price for the Advance Replacement received. Advance Replacements will be at the discretion of Winegard Technical Service, and not all products qualify for Advance Replacements.
Products with Product Rebates:
Before submitting any product Mail-In Rebates, please be sure you are satisfied with your product and it is in perfect working condition. Once a Mail-In Rebate has been redeemed, item can not be returned.
Winegard Warranty
All parts are covered by Winegard’s Manufacturer Warranty. Winegard’s Manufacturer Warranty is included with your product. Please review the warranty carefully for additional information.
Winegard is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
Please be aware that:
º Winegard does not receive returns on Saturday or Sunday
º Damaged items cannot be returned
º No refunds will be given for any reason after twenty one (21) days from receipt of your order
º No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA#) number
