Here is a basic outline of the new DISH Mobile RV program from Pace:

No more contracts - the RV owner can now "pay-as-you-go" - only paying for the months that they want TV.  If they head south for 4 months, they can pay only for the 4 months.  (30 day minimum).

No more fees - Once the RV owner turns on the service for 30 days, they can turn it on and turn it off whenever they want.  When the owner manages their account online, or toll-free with DISH Network, there are no activation fees and no disconnect fees.

No more equipment leases and no more activation windows - the customer purchases the DISH network HD set-top as part of his satellite system.  He or she can order it built-in from the factory or have you install it aftermarket, but the customer owns the set-top.  The warranty starts when the DISH Network programming is activated and it doesn't matter how long the receiver sits in the unit or in your parts inventory.
